CNC Milling
What is CNC Milling
CNC Milling is a modern machining technology, the full name of numerical control milling (Computer Numerical Control Milling, referred to as CNC milling). It is an automatic processing method controlled by computer, by fixing the blank, using a rotating milling cutter to walk on the blank, cut out the required shape and features, can be processed and formed complex geometric shapes.CNC milling is widely used in fields such as aerospace, automobile manufacturing, medical equipment, electronic products and so on, which has brought great progress to industrial manufacturing.
Machining Types of CNC Milling
01 Surface milling
Cutting on the surface of the workpiece, usually used for flat surface processing, such as the processing of planes, grooves and holes.
02 Contour milling
Creating complex contour profiles by controlling the path of the tool, suitable for a variety of shapes of the workpiece.
03 Slotting
Used to make long, narrow grooves or slots, usually cut with narrow tools. Hole processing: The use of special drill bits or tools for hole processing, including drilling, reaming and boring.
04 Drilling and milling
Combined drilling and milling operations are used to complete the machining of holes and contours in the same process.
05 Surface milling
used to process the surface of the workpiece, can be two-dimensional or three-dimensional, such as engraving, mold surface, etc.
06 Combined milling
used to process complex three-dimensional workpieces, involving the movement of multiple coordinate axes, often used in mold manufacturing and engraving.
07 Lap milling
Cutting on the edge or outline of the workpiece for the production of a specific shape of the workpiece.
08 End milling
Used to cut the sides or edges of the workpiece, usually using end milling tools.
09 Thread milling
The production of threaded structures, either internal or external, for joining and securing parts.
Processing advantages of CNC milling
Implementation
Precisely controlled by the computer, it can achieve complex shapes and calculate size requirements.
Good repeatability
the same process can be reused on different workpieces to ensure consistent quality.
High degree of automation
reduce manual intervention and improve production efficiency.
Strong flexibility
can quickly switch processing tasks, suitable for small batch and multi-variety production.
Reduce human error
Eliminate human operation of the workpiece, improve product quality.
We can turn your designs and ideas into real parts in just a few days.
Our Factory And Facilities
Kingship owns high precision 3-, 4- and 5-axis imported machines which allow us to achieve tight tolerances. We have also invested in a material tester, so that we can verify the materials we use and make sure they are the correct ones for each project. And we can quickly get measurement results from our automotive coordinate measuring machine (CMM).
Why Choose Kingship
Kingship Machinery Division has successfully obtained certifications for quality management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949. We have also continuously introduced advanced manufacturing and precision inspection equipment from countries like Japan, Germany, and Switzerland, ensuring a robust foundation for the production of precise, stable, and high-quality products for our customers.
